• Conducted head-to-toe assessments, administered insulin and Lovenox injections. Assisted with IV pump setup, and supported wound and catheter care while collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Interviewed patients to complete care plans, assess their current health status, and support ongoing continuity of care.

Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center – Yonkers, NY

• Assisted with tracheostomy care, including suctioning and replacement.
• IV medication setup and hygiene support during pediatric rotations contributed to care planning during interdisciplinary rounds.

• Assisted during cesarean sections by tracking blood loss and supporting immediate newborn assessments, including obtaining footprints and assisting with erythromycin eye ointment and Vitamin K administration, as well as exposure to phototherapy. Performed maternal vital signs, and assisted with fetal heart rate monitoring setup.

• Observed clinical decision-making during patient consultations, enhancing understanding of assessment techniques, differential diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Assisted with administering B12 injections under supervision, ensuring proper preparation, patient comfort, and adherence to safety protocols.
