As a medical staff associate, I performed physicals on donors to ensure their safety and health. I also help assist donors that may have some type of reaction while donating. For example, vomiting, passing out, overheating, etc. My role in this position is very important.

As a LPN, I took care of twenty plus residents. My responsibilities were too pass out medications, check sugars, administer insulin shots as needed , and to assess and take care of residents with potential health problems . When adl care was needed I gave baths, changed linens, help with hygiene, etc.

As a LPN, My responsibilities were to pass out medications and administer shots as needed, be a advocate for the residents , and assess and correct any potential health problem the resident may have , etc. The role of a nurse is important in helping with the successful completion of the residents behavior care plan.
