  • I provide general information to the customers of palm tran connections. I book rides for clients. If they miss their bus they get a no show or a cancellation of trip, I reschedule their ride.
  • Reply to customer complaints and questions associated with issues ; interprets and clarifies departmental rules and regulations.
  • Provide paratransit dispatching and routing services for seniors, individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the general public by deploying paratransit vehicles as needed.

  • In Eligibility, i Process new application, recertification forms and other para-transit request for the palm tran connection door to door service. Explain program eligibility requirements, policies and individual rights to determine ongoing accuracy and identify discrepancies. Enter and maintain client records in the appropriate CERT and dashboard database. Prepare correspondence in order to communicate with clients about eligibility determinations. Complete clerical support including faxing, filling, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
