In Eligibility, i Process new application, recertification forms and other para-transit request for the palm tran connection door to door service. Explain program eligibility requirements, policies and individual rights to determine ongoing accuracy and identify discrepancies. Enter and maintain client records in the appropriate CERT and dashboard database. Prepare correspondence in order to communicate with clients about eligibility determinations. Complete clerical support including faxing, filling, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
