"Personal Expertise & Lived Experience"

- Overcoming childhood adversity in a troubled household

- Navigating divorce, separation, and custody battles

- Personal struggles with addiction and trauma

- Founding and leading a Facebook support group for parental alienation

- Empathetic understanding of complex family dynamics

- Resilience and growth through challenging experiences

As a volunteer/guide, I bring lived experience and empathy to support others. Having navigated a troubled childhood, homelessness, rejection, panic disorder, divorce, custody battles, addiction, and many forms of trauma, I've cultivated resilience and understanding. My personal journey informs my approach, allowing me to connect with others who face similar challenges. I created a fb group focused on parents suffering from parental alienation. I created this wanting anyone going through what I went through to never feel as hopeless and alone as I have.

I really was unsure of my purpose until I entered inner world. I am grateful to have such a supportive community surrounding me. I, like many others have felt rejected and different before coming to inner world. My hope and joy are restored and I want to give back by helping others to have ignited hope as well as allowing all to feel accepted, seen and heard with unconditional positive regard.

My belief:

No matter our differences, we’re not so different after all.
