- Supported and planned the switch to Georgia Pacific Pulp on all assets, enabling a significant cost savings.
- Developed and executed contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted mill operations during potential supply chain disruptions.
- Built a plan for the coform teams to safely run overweight pulp and keep all 3 assets running
- Built and executed the plan to isolate malodorous raw material and finished goods so no product was released.
- Worked with Georgia Pacific and a cross functional team to determine the root cause of the odor.
- Continuously work with pulp and polymer vendors to improve coform raw materials and the supply chain.
