Duties included subcontractor solicitation and evaluation for complete and competitive hard bid, design build and negotiated contracts, quantity surveys/takeoff, pricing self perform work, conceptual pricing with limited information, negotiations with both client and subcontractors and assure bids and proposals are submitted in compliance with bid documents and on time. Provided preliminary budgeting and updates from conceptual through construction document phases.
