  • Re-Designed company owned C-Stores, brands, labels, recipes and marketing plans;
  • Set up company policies, designed job descriptions, wrote all domestic and international sales plans and set up import-export and distribution structure;
  • Envisioned, developed & launched 20 new adult beverage products and concepts! Led Blackbeard’s to become a bakery, and wine and liquor manufacture & distributor throughout the Caribbean focused on retail and on-premise accounts;
  • Led territory growth initiative that including retail brick and mortar expansion throughout Caribbean;

Besides marketing I also served as an open house mouse to the properties that they built and when he was short handed or had too much business or opened a new development. After my father passed I continued to help my brother from time to time when he really needed me. It was my favorite job and the reason I am determined to land a job with The Villages Real Estate Team
