• Recently, a certification in Civil 3D 2023 was earned, allowing proficiency in creating survey maps entirely within Civil 3D. Various tools, including Terramodel, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and Office 365, were utilized to generate over 1500+ professional drawings. These drawings encompassed a wide range of tasks, such as topo and boundary processing, title report preparation, boundary and easement plotting/resolution, latitude and longitude calculations, as well as the creation of written descriptions and exhibits, FAA1A and 2C letters, and more. Notably, services were provided to consumer cellular carriers like Metro PCS, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
• Projects also encompassed Parcel Maps, Record of Surveys, ALTA surveys, Lot line adjustments, and the creation of plats and exhibits as per client requirements. During CAD work, Terramodel was predominantly used, and results were cross-checked in AutoCAD to ensure seamless file transfer. As needed, portions of AutoCAD files were frequently extracted and transferred into Terramodel for further processing.
• Drawing upon information provided by architects and engineer subcontractors, accurate drawings were diligently created in adherence to specific measurements and specifications. As a sole proprietor operating from a home office, a self-motivated approach was consistently maintained, taking personal responsibility for all aspects of the work.
• Additionally, remote technical support was offered to clients, encompassing computer, software, surveying, and redline related assistance. Over time, office equipment was consistently upgraded to maintain efficient operations and ensure the highest quality service for clients.

• Scope of work encompassed civil engineering projects, comprising grade plans, utility plans, signing and striping, SWPPP plans, and cross sections, among others. Effectively incorporated architectural drawings and land survey drawings into civil engineering drawings.
• Drawing markups were interpreted, and engineering revisions were seamlessly implemented as per provided instructions. Additionally, thorough research was conducted to identify and address computer-related issues, offering informed guidance to both staff and clients regarding appropriate courses of action.
• Moreover, diligent maintenance and repair of peripheral equipment, including backups and hard drives, were carried out, with well-founded recommendations made for upgrades and replacements when necessary.

• Started at entry-level CAD operator position. Progressed to overseeing CAD department, training new personnel, and maintaining/upgrading office computers, network, and file server. Personally created or supervised creation of approximately 95% of all projects, maps, exhibits, and written descriptions.
• Projects included over 1000+ cellular telecommunications surveys for carriers like AT&T, Metro PCS, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile. Used Terramodel, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office for these surveys. Also completed Parcel Maps, Record of Surveys, ALTA surveys, Lot line adjustments, preparation of legal descriptions, processing title reports, and resolving boundaries.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Developed CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. Experienced at researching in county offices. Drafted and revised CAD drawings to meet client specifications.
• Drafting and revising CAD drawings were common tasks, ensuring compliance with client specifications. Primary CAD platform used was Terramodel, with file verification in AutoCAD to ensure smooth transfers.
• Created and maintained LAN, File Server, and peripheral equipment. Performed installation, maintenance, and repair for complex internal computer hardware and various software applications.
