I have over 34 years of law enforcement experience. During that time my focus has been focused on changing laws, and case law. Extensive training in topics such as: In- custody deaths, use of force investigations, internal affairs, and the reconstruction investigations of officer involved shootings, enables me to be a strong asset to a strong law enforcement management team. Experience as an Interim Chief of Police, and a sergeant, has acquainted me with NIBRS reporting, racial profiling reporting, and other required skills for a law enforcement manager. Working for a campus law enforcement agency has provided education in the Clery Act. Expanded training in the Clery Act is important for continued career growth. Experience combined with up to date training has always been my firm belief.
