Became part of Chords (Merger company between Whiting and Oasis) commissioning team. Responsible for developing and maintaining the latest HMI/PLC programs and ensuring that all field devices will interact and function properly with said contemporary programs; is also responsible for consulting with a main Control Room team to ensure the correct data is received.

In charge of setting up, maintaining, and continually updating our Rockwell Automation AssetCentre server. This process includes updating the latest CLX processor program with Rockwell Studio 5000, along with updates to our Allen Bradley Panelviews with the use of FactoryTalk Studio software. I also work directly with our IT department to setup and maintain our network from the field devices to our Engineering workstations (which includes the AssetCentre Server). All updates and software activation's for the Rockwell Software for our process laptops, to our servers are maintained through me.

Contract work for numerous companies in the Oil and Gas industry. I have been involved in site commissions, wrote cause and effects and created PLC logic from the C&E, and HMI graphics. I have also done site maintenance on all aspects of the Oil and Gas industry.

Installation and setup of Automation equipment on oil sites, including LACT's, treaters/separators, flares, salt water and fresh water skids.

Maintain and update Allen Bradley Logix code, along with Rockwell ME graphics.

Configure and install Cisco routers for communication between SCADA and the field devices.

Update and maintain control room Wonderware graphics, and setup Kepware communication to field devices.

Setup of Well VFD control drives into XSPOC.

Upgraded and maintained all Allen Bradley logix, along with installation and maintenance of a 40 client Rockwell Studio SE server system.

Installed and maintained the VM servers that house the software mentioned above.

Maintained and updated the Emerson Ovation logic and graphics that controlled our boiler and steam turbine systems.

Provided all computer maintenance on PC servers and clients.

Maintained all field devices, including various transmitters and valves.

Analysis of integrated circuit chip failures by use of numerous electrical test equipment, microscope, and a Scanning Electron Microsope. This position required great knowledge of electrical circuits and gates, along with the use of chemical to strip down to failed layer within the silicone wafer.
