Driver
Seasonal position loading and unloading boxes of baby chicks onto a truck, transporting them to the post office, and obeying DOT regulations.

With a background in Real Estate I was able to become a Boss Broker and open my own office, then went to appraisal school and became a supervising appraiser. I hit the top of the industry by working for the state attorney general's office doing peer review work, investigating consumer complaints and mortgage fraud. After running my own business for 10 years and having part of the real life education I wanted, I then went to truck driving school to begin learning about construction. I spent six years working for excavating companies learning to drive different types of trucks and operate heavy equipment. After using my skills flipping houses for the last 7 years I have relocated to Florida where we found a house we like, I finished remodeling it, and I am now in search of a new job.
