Lead my company to win carrier of the year twice for Fedex Smartpost(14' & 15')& once for Amazon USPS Middle Mile(2018). I personally lead the team that in 2018 was responsible for finding a short term lease warehouse over 50,000 sq. feet between Pittsburgh and Baltimore. Staffing, training & making this building operational in three weeks. Was also able to successfully onboard over 40 Independent contractors, collect Certificate's of Insurance, track compliance and set up pay scales for these new drivers during this short time frame.
