I was employed to assist in the construction of two modern homesteads in Young,

AZ, where I framed all the rooms, built a custom loft style bedroom and completed custom drywall had hands on experience working with local electricians, I was hired as a carpenter where I built and completed custom decks/ siding/ metal roofing.

• My wife and I founded Stay Young Farms, a local farm situated at our homestead. We renovated the property, raised miniature Highland cattle, we hosted plant sales, offering 2,000 varieties of pepper and tomato plants. Through a collaborative effort with neighboring families. We grew tons of food offering food boxes to families in our community.

• I was hired by the Rust Family in 2015- 2022 I manage hotel operations, which included running the front desk and taking reservations. As a manager, my duties were diverse, ranging from helping guests in the gift shop to taking reservations and assisting hotel guests. In 2019, I was recruited to help renovate all 24 hotel rooms and 8 casitas, with each room being individually gutted and renovated. The rooms were featured in local newspapers and the Hotel renovations was featured in Phoenix Magazine 2020

• I was hired by a local family to undertake a complete gutting and renovation of their cabin home in Strawberry, Arizona, including new flooring, drywall, custom tile work, custom hardwood barn doors, a complete kitchen remodel with custom tile work, and a bathroom remodel. Installation of all appliances and custom lighting.
• They were very happy with all the work I completed for them.

Hayward Construction, a company that specialized in hotel renovations traveled to California, where I helped remodel a

Motel 6 and assisted in the renovations of Extended Stay hotels in Scottsdale . My responsibilities primarily included gutting rooms, installing new appliances, and renovating bathrooms.
