• As the GEOINT Security Program Manager, I work with multiple sensitive intelligence programs under Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Special Activities. In my role, I serve as the Control Officer for GEOINT Controlled Access Programs (GEOCAP) and a Control Officer for external agency's sensitive subcompartment intelligence programs, demonstrating expertise in Special Access Programs (SAP) management and comprehensive security knowledge across personnel, physical, information, industrial, and operational disciplines.
• I provide oversight and manage the dissemination of intelligence within the programs, ensuring compliance with SCI policies and the protection of sensitive information. I perform indoctrinations/debriefs of access, process access requests, implement records management for classified programs, and conduct security compliance and inspections to safeguard intelligence integrity.
• As the Control Officer for Special Activities, I hold a robust understanding of security policy development and interpretation, particularly in SCI and SAP directives. Performing the duties of GEOINT Security Program Manager/Senior Security Specialist/Advisor and Control Officer I work directly with NGA's most senior advisors and mission managers to validate operational needs and ensure intelligence access aligns with workforce roles. My responsibilities include programmatic security analysis to ensure intelligence is disseminated correctly to support mission success and completion.
• I also provide access support for NGA senior engagements, determining valid need-to-know and enforcing security practices for proper handling and discussion of classified materials. Leveraging my team leadership and collaboration skills, I contribute to the successful integration of sensitive programs, ensuring security incidents are reported and resolved per policy.
• Additionally, I bring proficiency in effective communication, including presenting briefings to senior stakeholders and representing the agency in internal and external engagements. My role also involves engaging with both contractors and interagency partners, leveraging critical and strategic thinking to address challenges in high-stress environments. With technical certifications and training, I uphold the highest standards of security expertise and operational excellence.

• Completed 21 overseas United States Embassy, Consulate and Annex project accreditation visits providing support in expert guidance on State Department, Intelligence Community (IC), and Government agency project and policy requirements
• Developed an effective and detailed presentation for government contracting architectural and engineering firms understanding the DoS's Overseas Security Policy
• Presented to multiple government agencies within the IC at Security conferences within Washington D.C., San Francisco, and multiple locations worldwide

Bureau of Diplomatic Security/ Naval Support Unit State Dept

• As a Technical/Countermeasures Security Specialist loaned from USN to DoS Diplomatic Security Services (DSS), I served many functions throughout the world with expertise in; troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing physical and Technical Security Systems (TSS) ensuring the security of US Diplomatic personnel, facilities, and sensitive information
• As a technical security specialist, I was responsible for high and low security alarms, Access Control Systems (ACS), locks, vehicle arrest systems, security video systems (CCTV), explosive detection systems, X-Ray machines, computer networking equipment, and Forced Entry Ballistic Resistant (FEBR) doors and windows
• I served as an expert in monitoring and troubleshooting Diplomatic Security networking equipment, workstations, servers and applications
• I was hand selected and appointed to take lead in in the Ordered Departure of US Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during the Civil War outbreak in 2021
• I protected classified materials, classified systems, and equipment through emergency destruction procedures at the highest levels of our government and IC
• I coordinated with Regional Security Officers, Special Agents, and US Marine Security Guards on protocol, and movement recommendations for the safety of facility, personnel, and classified materials
• While posted at US Embassy Athens, Greece; I was responsible for administrating and planning technical support trips to 38 U.S Diplomatic facilities spread out through Europe, Africa and the Middle East
• This included the coordination of logistics, travel, diplomatic pouch shipments, and the effective communication between entities at location with execution and supervision of each mission
• Trained and educated dozens of security personnel at posts worldwide to include Regional Security Officers (RSO's), Special Agents (SA), Marine Security Guards (MSG's), Local Guard Force (LGF), and Regional Security Technicians (RST's) in methods to protect U.S Personnel, facilities, and classified information

Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (N.E.C.C.) / Special Operations Command (SOCOM)

• While serving as a Liaison between NECC and SOCOM, I was responsible for organizing, manning, equipping, and sustaining Expeditionary Forces to execute combat, combat support, and combat service support missions across the full spectrum for Naval Expeditionary Operations
• With the education and training attained, I was hand selected to join multiple elite units within the USN Seal and EOD Teams
• I played a key role in training allied Special Forces in breaching techniques to include clandestine, mechanical, kinetic, and explosive implementations
• Secured border crossings and country perimeters with Republic of Korea (ROK) Special Forces along the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK) and ROK
• Additionally, lead a team of USN Seabees, US Army Green Beret Soldiers and ROK Combat Engineers in emergency Pier and Port repairs along crucial locations within the Jinhae & Busan region

Presidential Retreat Camp David

• Provided support by facilitating a private and secure Presidential Retreat to high level U.S Government (USG) officials, foreign dignitaries, the Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America; & first family
• Worked with US Secret Service Chemical Biological, Radiological, & Nuclear (CBRN) Hammer Defense Unit and with Marine Helicopter Squadron 1 (HMX-1) to ensure the facility and personnel were trained and equipped to handle such catastrophe
• Supported multiple high-profile summits and peace treaties for world leaders. This effort included the successful coordination between USN Seabees, USMC Infantry Division, Homeland Security, U.S Secret Service, and U.S Marshalls ensuring the site and security of the facility were postured to provide the President and USG/Foreign Officials a safe and secure location to conduct its mission
• While posted at Camp David, I was selected to try out for the U.S.N Marksmanship Team which I successfully earned a spot competing in the Atlantic (LANT Fleet), Pacific (PAC Fleet), and International Inter Service Precision Rifle & Pistol Championship matches: With overall 2nd place for Long Precision Rifle (Team), and 4th for Pistol. This was not just a personal achievement, this shed light on our mission at Camp David and influenced the command to train more Sailors in marksmanship fundamentals, as marksmanship is the backbone of the U.S Military increasing our fighting forces capabilities
