• Managing writers and editors, helping both individuals grow on their career path, and ensuring the team exceeded OKRs.
• Partnering with team leads from other departments, such as the General Manager, BizDev, Organic Growth, SEO, PR and more, to create a vertical-wide strategy in which Content was the central product.
• Ensuring all team processes and strategies, including rubric research, performance analytics, library management, and more, were all efficient and effective.
• Spokesperson duties, including TV appearances and speaking with the nation's top journalists.

As the Senior Managing Editor of HSH.com, I was responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the editorial and SEO strategy via a team of freelance and in-house writers, a data analyst, web producers, developers, and more.
• Managing website and individual page redesigns, and developing data-driven content, proprietary calculators, and a mobile app.
• Speaking with the nation's top journalists to provide insight and commentary.
