I have been committed to this community for the past 20 years as a resident and I have been a dedicated employee and a focused supervisor with 8 years of experience and knowledge within this department as patrol sergeant and lieutenant. I have a total of 17 years of experience with the Ste. Genevieve Police Department, and the protocols, policy and procedures included. • Assisted in achieving a web based policy and procedures manual through effectively helping with adapting, editing and introducing our department standards mixed with our local and state laws to the employees of the department.
• Collaborated with administration in securing the less than lethal electronic energy weapons provided to our department.
• Used Microsoft Excel to develop employee scheduling and day to day operations of the department.
• Continued to use our Omnigo software to inventory and tracking of our department assets. This includes vehicles, uniforms, firearms and other forms of assets provided to the officers.
