I find and retrieve records for researchers and Command historians
This includes researchers who come in person and those who email or call

Many of the requests are for veterans support as well as historians
I am currently compiling an inventory of World War II Operations records.

Served as part of the reference staff making records of a great variety of Federal Government agencies, civilian and military, available to researchers
This included mostly in person reference work for those who visited the archives, but also included answering requests for information over the phone
I wrote reference guides to some of the records for researchers, some of which were used by the archives and others of which I used personally
I worked with records of the House Committee on Un-American Activities, the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service, also creating inventories of these records
I gave Know Your Records lectures on records of the Civil War, the Mexican War, the Revolutionary War, and George Washington.
