I was recruited from Department of Defense to bring ground up and big project experience to Mid America. I successfully completed the first Bank of America ground-up for Mid America. I also became their first Senior Superintendent and trained the supers underneath me.

I became the youngest Superintendent and Quality Control Manager hired by Sauer Construction, which is a Department of Defense Contractor. I had to go through a rigorous approval process through Army Corp. Of Engineers to be allowed to Super a DoD project. I also am a certified Quality Control Manager for DoD which I had to take a in class 40 hour course followed by an exam to be certified.

• Oversaw all finish work on four U.S. Army barracks, including but not limited to mud, texture, paint and cabinetry installation while ensuring crews were abiding to site safety plan and maximizing quality of work and efficiency daily.
• Delegated assignments based on plans, project needs and knowledge of individual team members.
• Drove project objectives on day-to-day operational level by working closely with contractor, sub-contractor and USACE.
• Complied with OSHA and 385 safety protocols in plan coordination, eliminating potential risks for myself and crew.
• Drafted, analyzed, and updated AHAs as needed, and reviewed all daily Pre-Task assignments.
• Collaborated with management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.

• While at Redcliff, I managed, over 40 residential home remodels, two commercial warehouse rebuilds, one law firm and a Louisiana State University classroom remodel.
• Coordinated required inspections with local jurisdictions to identify and quickly resolve any code concerns.

• Served as the SSHO and Alt. QC Manager; responsible for ensuring the companies were in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Transportation (DOT), or any regulations required by client.
