Gift Shop - Purchase and stock best items for the campers needs, arrange inventory and displays, set pricing for new items and items to be discounted, reconcile cash drawer and create deposit slips.
Petty Cash - Manage petty cash purchases, reconcile petty cash and requests for new funds.
Safe Management - Purchase and check safes and cash boxes regularly (including reconciliations), change combinations when needed.

Financial Management - Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance and transaction recording (Flockbase).
Accounts Management - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payment process, reconciliations of bank statements and credit cards, as well as petty cash.
Reporting - Prepare and present detailed financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets and cashflow statements.
