2015 Ultra Award

In 2015, I received an Ultra Award for managing a new project to insource cartridge filters. This project involved sourcing new equipment to make filters in house in the Greenville, OH plant. My part of the project was to work with China suppliers to ensure inventory was maintained accurately without causing disruptions to the customers. My team and I monitored forecasts, purchases, and inventory targets to successfully transition to making product in house. This was a multi-million dollar project that managed to save the company freight expenses, as well as reduce any customer supply gaps due to extreme forecast shifts.
