Running, Yoga, Painting, Tennis, Puzzles, Photography, Sand Volleyball

During my free time I enjoy running outdoors and is the hobby I do the most compared to others. I run about every other day outdoors to increase my flexibility, strength and overall relaxation. Yoga is also another hobby that improves balance, reduce stress, increase mindfulness and enhance well-being. With these two hobbies there is no right or wrong way which is why I enjoy doing them. In addition, painting, puzzles, and photography allow individuals to improve cognitive skills, such as problem-solving, attention to detail, creativity, and spatial reasoning. I do not do these hobbies as much as I would like but they always remind why I enjoy them and how helpful they can be when I begin to do one. Tennis and sand volleyball tend to be more on the competitive side and offer opportunities for physical activity, social interaction, and skill development which makes them appealing hobbies when looking to staying active and have fun to compete.
