• Advocated for and obtained an office for adjunct ASL instructors, thus improved teaching efficacy for 10 adjuncts and student interaction
• Initiated university sponsored Deaf culture events
• Member of a task force which created a new curriculum de novo for all ASL teachers in the department
• Established the precedence of involving ASL in other language and cultural events
• Created and sponsored student led ASL Club on college campus
• Created an outlet for students to hone their ASL skills as a Teacher's Assistant, which led to a practice adopted by other instructors

• Interpreted in various settings and locations throughout Minnesota: to include education from pre-k to higher education, religious, medical, theater, and Deaf/blind individuals.
• Performed general office work, scheduled meetings, and other administrative duties.
• Commissioned by three different theaters for several seasons. Contracted within several different school districts and universities. Advocated for the Deaf as an invited speaker in different venues.
• Catalyzed the creation of new and contracted interpreter positions, fulfilling an unmet need in the Deaf community.
