• In this position, I have worked with ED, other hospitals crisis team, and DR for intake on the psych unit.
• I check insurances, compose petition and certificates.
• I compose admission paper work and have patients sign in.
• I also keep track of admission and discharges beds and assign patients to Dr.
• I have worked with Dr and social workers to stabilize and improve quality of life for patients.
• I have monitor patient reactions to medications and formed careplans to improve mental health.
• I have done several admissions from evaluating there referral packets for entering the unit. An documenting and monitoring until discharge.
• I have performed audits on charts, audits on documentation, and making sure every patient is up to facility Covid precautions.

Floor nurse performing total care to residences. Monitoring patients vitals, weights, performing head to toe assessments, and passing medication. Working as a team to perform ADL's with CNA's and working with P/t and O/t . Working with management and co-worker to keep careplans current. Evaluating residence and work with MD to send to ED. Taking Medication orders from MD or Apn. Performing assessments and documenting for Med A and Med B, charting a documenting COM's. Measuring , documenting, and starting wound care treatment with collaboration from wound care nurse. Ordering and receiving medication. Answering call ins finding replacements and making schedules. Screening employees and visitors. Performing COVId-19 testing.

Travel to different facilities and homes performing Adl's. Taking vitals monitoring input and out put. Administering medication and using Point click care.
