- Budget management, and maintenance of the Food safety management system.
- Oversaw workforce of over 500 employees across production lines, ensuring effective operations in dehusking, drying, boiler, and factory processes.
- Conducted all procedures for dehusking, sanitation, receiving of nut in shell (NIS), and storage in silos according to food safety management system guidelines.
- Reviewed the Food Safety Management System with the Food Safety Team and amended the system.
- Trained employees on food safety.
- Collaborated with company auditors on food safety management system, company accounts, labor management, and women empowerment committees.
- Developed and managed comprehensive budgets for production season, including packaging materials, safety equipment, crop production projections, cleaning chemicals, and medical examinations.
- Ensured that all departments that are directly involved with production and the factory such as dehusking, drying, Boiler and engineering departments have all necessary equipment and repairs and maintenance are done in good time and preventative maintenance is followed at all times.
- Ensured that the product traceability and control procedure is followed correctly by all staff.
- Ensured that food defence and bio vigilance is being followed by all employees and critical control points when it comes to food safety are well maintained and monitored.
- Ensured that monitoring and verification procedures are being followed and maintained by all responsible staff members.

- Eastern produce Malawi LTD (EPM) is a Multi-national agriculture company, and a subsidiary of Camellia PLC. EPM specialises in Tea and Macadamia farming. In Malawi, the company is located in Thyolo and Mulanje the southern part of Malawi.
- In 2015, I managed to reduce coliform laboratory results to zero for the whole season production and we closed that season with zero non-conformances for the Laboratory.
- In 2018 I worked hand in hand with Mr. Andrew Thorneycroft (AGM) who was the food safety team leader at the time in reviewing the food safety management system, we reviewed the whole system managed to upgrade the system from ISO 22000 to FSSC 22000 with zero Non-conformance / non -compliance.
- I managed to get 3 promotions within a stretch of 3 years as follows: 1st Year, Assistant factory manager, 2nd Year, Factory Manager, 3rd Year, Senior Factory Manager.
