Create and Maintain HR Systems Roadmap

Plans and initiates resource and allocation activities for HCM support staff

Administers the company’s Immigration Program, as a liaison between Talent Acquisition and Legal immigration counsel
Conduct periodic audits of current systems, procedures, policies, and workflows to ensure efficiencies and legal compliance; develop processes that improve department and end user efficiency and enhance overall productivity.
