Remodel, pulled permits, painted, roofed, installed fire sprinkler system and upgraded HVAC. 

In early 2021, completely removed and replaced everything inside and out of a commercial structure. We also set the building up for a phase 2 and phase 3. 110k

Design/Built a 4500 sq. ft house from the ground up with a pool wrapped around porch and hundreds of ft of retaining walls on top of a mountain. 650k
