  • Develop, implement, and administer detailed training using visual aids, mock-ups, videos, hand-outs and more based on Long Range Training Plans, Safety Flashes, Job Analysis, Critiques, Problem areas, Refreshers, and on an "As-Needed" basis to maintain employees qualifications.
  • Perform and execute all training following all command instructions, department instructions, current JFMM rev, Sub Safe manuals, Submarine Maintenance Standards, Chapter 244, Chapter 300, shop-specific qualifications, etc.
  • Research information from multiple sources to ensure course text is accurate, up-to-date, and approved.
