As Program Manager I am responsible for:

• Locating, selecting, and scheduling programming for three broadcast television channels based on WNMU’s mission and core audiences
• Working with distributors of PBS-ready content, and discovering new films / filmmakers
• Responsible for parts of annual and quarterly reports going to the FCC and CPB

As Traffic Manager I am responsible for:

• Overseeing completion of daily logs
• Ensuring Underwriting is aired
• Verifying the correct content for broadcast

• Work with a team to determine monthly promotional highlights

• As owner I was responsible for all aspects of the business
• As graphic designer I combined traditional photography and computer graphics to create fine art, portraiture, and award winning high end graphic design
• As a programer and designer I worked on code-based and web-based design that appeared as both websites and interactive kiosks

• As an administrative supervisor I was responsible for a crew of 20 clerks that worked in the Administration Department and worked with various tasks such as payroll issues, hiring/firing, disciplinary actions and general data entry

• As Marketing Director I worked with various department heads to produce marketing materials and plans
• I also worked with the Executive Director to create a business plan and write grants

• As a graphic designer I interacted with clients and produced high-end designs from business cards to books
• As a manager in training I worked with aspects of the business including payroll, ordering, shipping, and software/hardware maintenance.

• As a multmedia artist I worked on a team that produced interactive training and entertainment content including training materials for Otis Elevator Company and regional entertainment pieces. Initially I was hired for graphics but my position expanded as I learned audio software and programming and I became one of the trouble shooting programmers
