  • When I worked for Pioneer, my job was to do cosmetic fixes to buildings, tile work at times, and even brick work as well. Some of the things we did were grinding to brick buildings or houses. After the grinding, we would use mortar to fill the holes in a sequence called pointing. Another job we would perform in PCC is called demolition work, which, in other words, means we may tear down layers of a building to replace it with new and more sustainable material. In all our job consisted of labor utilized to perfect older buildings and always guarantee quality customer satisfaction.
