  • Lead Shared Services team comprised of enterprise Payroll, Accounts Payable, Hyperion Essbase and Financial Systems functions
  • Led project to convert to a new enterprise Payroll, HR and Time & Attendance system. Led both internal and external resources during this project. Led project Steering Committee meetings and was responsible for managing the project budget. Consolidated business processes and policies across the enterprise.
  • Leading the consolidation of the Accounts Payable functions across multiple locations, multiple systems and disparate business processes. Achieved reduction in headcount without impacting production due to streamlining processes.
