Additional Information - Responsibilities

Responsible for strict adherence to construction scope of work, quality control, punch and successful turnover of various renovation projects including commercial, hospitality and government contracts. Direct numerous subcontractors to stay within scope and to keep them on budget and on schedule as well as have them comply with all safety and county permit regulations. Overseen logistics of materials including and consumption list. Responsible for RFI reporting, reviewing specs, daily reports, Bill of Materials, obtaining permits, implementing safety meetings, negotiating pricing and estimates from vendors, scheduling deliveries and onsite security.
