  • 3/6/26 I completed this TJC survey with a team and the hospital as a whole and could not of done it without the support and goal driven team members. That being said the survey was passed and done very well. The documentation review yielded ZERO findings. The building tour and complete survey we had 11 low scoring findings.

Accomplishments

I have worked at St. Catherine's hospital Dodge City for close to 13 years. In my time here, I have managed the plant operations team during the times when we did not have a director/manager. I had the privilege to learn from the directors who came and gone before me. Therefore, I believe that my knowledge and willingness to continue to learn make me a strong candidate for this role. I have been managing the day to day operations even as I was working as a technician.

On 04/24, I officially accepted the Plant Services Coordinator position. Since then, I have led both the team as well as the hospital to a high-scoring passing result with the Joint Commission survey. During my time as coordinator, I became the acting facility manager. In doing so, I have taken on the roles and responsibilities even without the official title.

3/6/26. Completed a 4 day joint commission survey. We passed with a very low limited risk findings on building tour. My documentation review 0 findings.
