- Inform and update pet parents/primary care veterinarian about surgical procedures, recommended medical treatments and post operative aftercare with surgeon's guidance.
- Facilitate positive experience with seamless transitions and low stress for pet parent, pet, our hospital staff and surgeon by keeping everyone informed of a plan of action/next steps/any special information.
- Create working trusted relationships with pet parents and also surgeon in order to act as a trusted liaison between surgeon and pet parent for ease of communicating critical surgeon directed information.
