Responsible for sending skilled trades maintenance repairable assets out for repair ensuring PMS (Planned Maintenance System) are scheduled and complete. Ensuring spare parts are on hand due to equipment break down and preventive maintenance.

* Inventory failed parts in secured cage

* Purchase spare parts & raw material for skilled trades for in house repairs.

* Generate monthly reports showing cost savings

* Provide repair reports and failure analyst reports

* Attend meeting with customer (Coca Cola and Repair vendors)

* Support Managers ensuring spare parts are on hand

* Oversee repair vendors ensuring Coca Cola Safety guidelines are followed through

Responsible for Shipping & Receiving 40-50 Outbound and Inbound loads, manage all internal fleet and OTR Drivers worked close to Supervisor ensuring forklift operators had pick list to load and/or off load incoming and outgoing product.

* Authorize product for shipment and receipt

* Direct Forklift loading and off loading loads daily

* Complete shipping and receiving orders including necessary documents and labels. Verify accuracy of all orders and records.

* Finalize BOL using SAP & TMS (Transportation Management System)

* Inform Management of any issues with drivers and or loads and assist in resolution of any issues

* Keep computer records accurate and up to date.

* Run daily reports as needed

On-Site Repair Coordinator for GM Hamtramck Assembly Plant. Inventory failed spare parts, send out for repair maintaining min / max balance on hand.

* Generate / Presented monthly reports in meetings

* Attend weekly meetings discussing repair status

* Enter purchase requests & generate purchase order

* Oversee vendors ensuring GM guidelines are followed through

* Ensuring cost savings and quality parts

Monitored truck carriers pick-up and delivery production material for GM assembly plants. Update GM (client) of any delays of material being picked up and/or delivered to plant.

* Update LMS (Logistics Management System) regarding route status

* Troubleshooting and resolve route issues

* Set up freight expedites via air charter

* Constant communication with truck carriers, suppliers, and GM (client)
