  • Throughout the years between 1988 and 1993 I worked for various bar/restaurants while caring for my 25 year old husband He was coming home on a Tuesday night in late May of 1989 when an 18 year old hit him head on on his Harley They were passing him on an S curve because another driver was going to slow for them He was severely injured and came quite close to death He was in a coma for 42 days, broke both legs, left arm, internal bleeding and severe brain injury He is in a nursing home now and has been there for 32 years
