- I asked my manager if she could interview my friend, they needed a job and my manager told me she needed more people, and my friend got hired the following week
- I was no longer the only person on dish and I had someone to keep me company back there and after that there were barely ever dishes in the sink in the middle of either of our shifts.

- Some of the smaller campers were getting upset and aggravated the first week of camp and I was new and half of the counselors were new as well
- We needed to the needs of the children think about their age group and find ways to keep them engaged and active in the activities throughout the week
- We, Counselors, looked through the handbook at some games that we thought would fit their age group and cater to them
- The next couple of weeks after that we had the same age group again and that was one of the best-performing weeks at the camp for all of the counselors and parents.

- Sonic needed some employees it was a new location and needed employees for its opening
- I knew that I was going to be the only person my age on the shift I was working on unless I found people that were my age to work with me
- I asked my employer and brought two of my friends to the interview with me and all three of us got hired
- Because of that, I was working with people I knew and there wasn't just one person my age working on my shift
- I didn't have to cook the food alone anymore meaning the food came out to customers quicker and the workload became way less stressful.
- Kept food preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
- Prepared products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
