The store wasn't getting enough customers therefore some employees had to be sent home
I needed to engage more with customers so they would come back more often
I started to be more vocal with customers initiating conversations while making their food or ringing them up and saying 'Welcome To Moe's' with a warm smile and nice attitude
Customers came in more and employees getting sent home was an issue of the past.
Accurately operated cash register to process customer payments.

Pizza Hut

02.2023 - 07.2023

I had just started working and I was the only person doing the dishes at a pretty popular restaurant
The regular dishwasher before me had abandoned helping me at all a week after getting the job so I needed someone to share the workload with
I asked my manager if she could interview my friend, they needed a job and my manager told me she needed more people, and my friend got hired the following week
I was no longer the only person on dish and I had someone to keep me company back there and after that there were barely ever dishes in the sink in the middle of either of our shifts.
Kept kitchen areas neat and clean by removing trash and organizing supplies.
Assisted with kitchen prep work to help operations run smoothly and meet customer needs.

06.2022 - 02.2023

Some of the smaller campers were getting upset and aggravated the first week of camp and I was new and half of the counselors were new as well
We needed to the needs of the children think about their age group and find ways to keep them engaged and active in the activities throughout the week
We, Counselors, looked through the handbook at some games that we thought would fit their age group and cater to them
The next couple of weeks after that we had the same age group again and that was one of the best-performing weeks at the camp for all of the counselors and parents.
Organized and guided group activities by leading, coaching, and participating with campers.

Sonic Drive-In

09.2021 - 10.2022

Sonic needed some employees it was a new location and needed employees for its opening
I knew that I was going to be the only person my age on the shift I was working on unless I found people that were my age to work with me
I asked my employer and brought two of my friends to the interview with me and all three of us got hired
Because of that, I was working with people I knew and there wasn't just one person my age working on my shift
I didn't have to cook the food alone anymore meaning the food came out to customers quicker and the workload became way less stressful.
Kept food preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary.
Prepared products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
