In 2022 I transitioned to over to Old Dominion Freight lines to manage morning operations. Leading a team of 11+ equipment operators and 15+ commercial drivers. Duties included overseeing any and all incoming shipments and preparing them for delivery while maintaining a safe and injury free work environment.

In May of 2020, I was promoted to Terminal Operations Manager in San Jose Ca. Job duties included overseeing all terminal operations while leading a team of 3 managers and 40+ employees ranging from drivers to forklift operators as well as an office staff.

In January of 2018 I was promoted to Terminal Operations Manager in Ceres Ca. Job duties included overseeing all terminal operations while leading a team of 4 managers and 60+ employees ranging from drivers to forklift operators as well as an office staff.

• In July 2017 I was promoted to Silver bullet for the northern CA region, taking direction and weekly assignments from my director. Job duties included shift cover and operations assistance where needed in the region while consuming knowledge from other terminal managers. Focusing on team building, customer and employee relations, training new supervisors and recruiting and hiring new employees.

• In September of 2016 I was promoted to Inbound Router where my job duties included routing deliveries for city drivers, managing inbound dock operations and dock hours while focusing on city driver departure times as well as managing and adjusting inbound plan for late line haul arrivals when needed.

• In June of 2016 I was promoted to City Dispatcher where my job duties included managing and directing drivers in the city, scheduling pick ups and helping customers throughout the city operation.

• In August of 2015 I was promoted to a Class C P&D driver where my job duties included delivering and picking up freight in the city, focusing most of my attention on customer relations and time management.

• In 2015 I was hired on as an Outbound Dock Lead where my duties included monitoring pick ups from the City Dispatch board, managing outbound dock operations, and unloading city trailers and dispatching out line haul drivers in a timely fashion.

• Job duties included unloading inbound breakers, loading City trailers and moving equipment in and around the yard when needed as a Yard Hostler.
