Enjoy walking, bike riding, spending time with family and friends, reading, and doing home projects.

I enjoy going to various parks in Lexington and walking or bike riding, sometimes more than one park in a day. This helps me to keep fit and keep healthy numbers concerning my heart and lipid panel.

Outside of work, mostly on days off, I enjoy spending time with friends or family and doing things together.

I enjoy reading but it can be quite random. For instance, I may see an old movie or TV show and possibly will read about the life of an individual that played a character in the movie.

As for home projects, of course it must be something in my skillset. The last project I did was to restore a closet that had damage from removing a heating system. If it's a project requiring me to get on the roof, it is something I turn over to an expert.
