Responsibilities included leading the start up of the new company consisting of 4 carve out business from the Triumph Group. Shortly there after 2 additional companies were acquired in the UK from Doncasters. Combined revenue of $230m with approximately 1,100 employees.
The primary theme across all the businesses is the fabrication and assembly of complex components in support of Aerospace, Defense, and ground power markets. During the early days, the new company went through an industry downturn created by the global pandemic – COVID. Radius immediately reacted by evaluating the original business structure and successfully created a plan to consolidate 6 sites into 3 which was completed in 2025. The new structure allowed the 3-remaining business to flourish with strong leadership teams while still focusing on the original strategy to provide extremely complex components and assemblies for both Airframe and Engine related components within fully integrated operations resulting in significant growth in revenue and EBITDA.
