• Control entry of persons and vehicles entering beyond the Bank’s public accessible areas, including parking structures, security court, or assigned valuables handling areas, and monitor surveillance equipment, intercoms, telephones, radios, and other specialized equipment
• Operate law enforcement/emergency equipment when appropriate, such as issued firearms, emergency rescue, medical and firefighting equipment, post access consoles and portable radios
• Patrol building and report any unusual situation or unauthorized individuals and safeguard sensitive data and valuables through direct observation during regular patrol rounds
• Respond to general alarms, fires, or other immediate threats to life and property to establish immediate law enforcement presence and secure building until emergency situations are resolved
• Enforce federal laws when applicable and pertaining to operations

• · Perform blood draws competently and expediently with as little patient discomfort as possible
• · Record data and requisitions making sure to identify patient before venipuncture is performed

• · Comply with all organizational policies and standards regarding ethical business practices
• · Always maintain patient confidentiality
• · Respond to rapid calls and traumas as needed in quick and alert manner
• Centrifuged blood samples as outlined in clinical protocols.
• Excelled in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and professionalism during peak hours and emergency scenarios.
• Reduced contamination risks by strictly adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Reads and interprets police reports
• Responsible for initial and follow up contact with victims, victim's family members and/or witnesses
• Assists victims in understanding and coping with their situations and contacting pertinent parties such as friends, family, health care professionals, law enforcement officers, attorneys and service providers
• Makes appropriate referrals to community-based resources/services to address any identified needs
• Provides emergency support services such as developing a safety plan or addressing immediate safety needs
• Acts as liaison between victims and witnesses, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, social service agencies, and offices of the courts
• Coordinates any necessary meetings and may attend with victims to provide the necessary support
• Provides explanations of victim rights and factual updates of the investigation and criminal proceedings
• Assists victims or their families with victim compensation and financial assistance applications, appeals, restitution process or civil remedies
• Maintains statistical data for grant reporting; prepares reports documenting casework
• Researches and compiles lists of community resources available to victims
• Develops and maintains information packets for victims
• Provides training and guidance to volunteer victim advocates and victim advocate interns on policies, procedures, liability and safety issues
• Assists volunteer with caseloads as needed
• Represents the Cities of Brighton/ Commerce City on various boards, committees, and task forces
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• May be required to work on call
• Performs other duties as assigned
