Seasonal member of the Guest Services Department for the Sacramento Republic FC, the city's professional soccer team. As an ambassador, I assist with access and crowd control at Heart Health Park, monitoring attendee behavior, assist with directions to appropriate seating areas, and resolving concerns.

Seasonal member of the Guest Services Department for the Sacramento Rivercats, a minor league affiliate for the San Francisco Giants. As an ambassador, I scan entry tickets, provide directions to seating locations, control access to suites and premium areas and answer guest questions, and resolve concerns.

For 25 years, I have managed community outreach and engagement in the agency’s Office of Communications. As a liaison between the organization and the public, I provide accurate and timely information through various channels by crafting press releases, newsletters, and blogs, managing social media, and coordinating public meetings, groundbreakings, and other events with internal departments and external agencies. I directly interact with the public daily, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. I am also a credentialed Public Employee Disaster Service Worker as authorized by the California Emergency Services Act. I respond and operate quickly within the agency's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and have coordinated communications during heavy storms, flood events and chemical leaks at a water treatment plant.

Seasonal employee during the 2021-2022 National Basketball Association season at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento under the guidance of the Sacramento Kings. As an event ambassador for sporting and special events during the slow reopening of the COVID pandemic, I coordinated the distribution of face masks as required by Sacramento County health protocols. I controlled various access points and entryways to the facility and assisted attendees by answering questions and providing directions to assigned seating areas.
