Currently working in an ever growing and evolving Emergency Department to facilitate movement and proficient functioning of the unit. This includes but is not limited to assigning duties, placement of patients, collaborating with physicians and all units in the hospital to provide the highest level of care possible, assisting new and experienced nurses in care, facilitating and working with outside hospitals and first responders, maintaining policies and procedures with integrity and ethical motivation.
