There are gaps in which I have been unemployed because I have Sickle Cell Disease and was hospitalized often. For some time years ago I could not walk without assistance, so I am on Social Security for these reasons. I have also cared for a disabled child with Epilepsy, and still currently doing so. The jobs I have had have been gig jobs because they allow me to work flexibly and when my health permits. I have had a hip replacement and I have not been hospitalized for several years now. I stay on top of my healthcare needs, so I am ready to enter the workforce regularly. I believe my life experiences have also given me some strong qualities that will be beneficial to your company.
