· Led development activities for Hines in Midtown, Atlanta including 750,000 square foot creative office platform (Atlantic Yards and T3 West Midtown) with project budgets exceeding $330 Million

· T3 West Midtown highlights include:

o On time and on budget delivery of base building; at the time, largest mass timber building in the US

o Leasing success up to 70% within 5 months of building opening

o Substantial T3 knowledge transfer to teammates around the globe

· Atlantic Yards highlights include:

o 100%, long term bondable cash flow lease to Microsoft Corporation, largest lease in the US during COVID

o Secured hard fought bond for title tax abatement financing

o Navigated challenging capital markets to secure sale in July 2022 at 4.7% exit cap/$733 psf delivering 34% Project IRR / $156M profit

· Led 5 Million square foot office portfolio through the GFC on behalf of Hines’ Core Fund and GREIT as well as 3rdparty investors

o Oversaw more than 2.8 million square feet of strategic leasing

o Closed more than $515 million in office debt refinancings

o Led value restoration to ensure investor capital was returned, with only one asset losing equity

· Handled strategic dispositions totaling over $992 Million

· Managed investor communication and reporting, earning trust and confidence during one of the most difficult investment cycles in history

· Developed and leased One Overton Park, 390,000 SF office asset

o Project under construction during 9/11; strained investor relationship

o Built excellent investor relationship; completed leasing program in dire market conditions from March 2002 through November 2005

o Led several construction loan extensions during protracted leaseup

o Sold asset in June 2006, returned full equity to investors

· Acquired, asset managed and sold Ashford Perimeter, 288,000 SF office asset, with a 55% project level IRR

Led predevelopment activities for 4100 North Fairfax, a 250,000 square foot office development in Arlington, VA

Led acquisition of 1776 G Street, a 260,000 square foot office building located in Washington, DC

Oversaw financial performance for numerous Class A office properties in the Washington, DC areas including Columbia Square (600,000 SF), Franklin Square (500,000 SF), and the Hines/GMAM portfolio of One Franklin Square (592,000 SF), 370 L'Enfant Promenade (380,000 SF) and 700 11th Street (300,000 SF).
