Towana Harrington

My name is Towana Harrington. For the past several years I have been out of the work force, raising my children. They are now much older and I have decided to re enter the work force.. Prior to exiting the paid job market, I had worked for 13 years at Scotland County Department of Social Services, first as an IMC II in the Work First Unit, then as a Social Worker I in the Daycare Unit, and finally as a Social Worker II in the WFES unit I was a licensed Foster Parent for several years, I was a part time volunteer with Northview Harvest Ministries Food Bank fora couple of years prior to the pandemic. I also volunteered with their summer feeding program, Ihave been CPR and First Aide Certified and Shelter Management trained, I am also a licensed, ordained minister.
