Manage technical educational and training programs by developing KPIs, monitoring budgets, creating content, tracking and analyzing the success rate of the program, working with subject matter experts and learning designers. Educational programs include virtual and in-person meetings. Main focus includes managing the Qualification Program and Requalification Program that provides training to over 141 Virginia localities to prepare them to administer federal projects based on FHWA guidelines.

• Plan and coordinate several onsite and offsite events. Maintain business relationships with vendors and sponsors. Annually successful in hosting the Local Program Workshop Conference, which brings together local government, VDOT, and private sector staff to discuss the delivery of the local transportation program and create multiple networking opportunities.
• Support onsite (virtual or in-person) and offsite meetings by assisting the host with background event management, such as confirming audio and visuals run smoothly and sharing Agenda and travel arrangements.
• Create various communication mediums for stakeholders to share updated information, localities, citizens, government agencies, and private sectors, such as publishing and proofreading newsletter content, setting up monthly videoconferences, managing webinars, publishing quarterly reports, preparing and reviewing correspondence, and setting up training.

Participated in VDOT's Core Development Program, a comprehensive rotation program that exposes associates to a multitude of business and engineering divisions within Virginia Department of Transportation. My rotation included Fiscal, Capital Outlay, Human Resources, Local Assistance, Federal Programs Management, Procurement, Performance Transformation Division, Civil Rights, Construction, Salem District, Communication, and Project Management

• Assisted the Change Management Team with an organization-wide migration project from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. Trained business users from over 15 divisions and districts on designing their Hub site.
