Involved in the hiring and orientation of new employees for PT, OT and ST. Facilitated daily meetings and leading weekly Medicare meetings with the nursing home facility.

Providing training for nursing home facility on Transfers, Falls Program, Lymphedema, Balance Programs, Strengthening, Ambulation, Orthopedics, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia and any thing based on their needs at the time.

Assisted in treatment of acute inpatient hospital and outpatient setting, as well as skilled nursing home, assisted living and home health services. I achieved certification in Lymphedema Therapy at the time of employment.

Treating PTA over seen by five Physical Therapists as well as a Rehab Director in an outpatient setting. My duties included staff scheduling, documentation needs, and over seeing fifteen staff members.
