Transaction Coordination Fees:

• Single Side TC Service: $450
• Dual Side TC Service: $800
• Single Side Lease TC: $150
• Dual Side Lease TC: $200

Drafting & Administrative Fees:

• Drafting Services: $50 – $100 (for advance preparation or agreement drafting).

Core Services Include:

• Disclosure Preparation: Full preparation of all disclosures, available either immediately when Escrow opens or in advance during the listing period. Glide is offered to Sellers for electronic completion of TDS, SPQ, and EQ Reports.
• Document Drafting: Assistance with drafting offers, listing agreements, contingency removals, and repair requests on an as-needed basis.
• Compliance & Signatures: Obtaining signatures on all necessary disclosures to ensure full file compliance with DRE standards.
• Document Management: Full upload to Broker systems as executed documents and reports are received.
• Logistics: Ordering NHD reports and Home Warranties as required.
• Financial Coordination: Preparation of CDA/CI and direct delivery to Escrow.
• Liaison Services: Acting as the central point of contact between listing/buyer agents, escrow, lenders, and Title.
