• Temporary hygienist in a variety of office's. The pediatric office I have been working with has been in practice for forty years. That experience has allowed me and to acquire an immense amount of knowledge in the treatment of children in just a short time. In my general practice's the diode laser was used regularly in the treatment of disease.

Dental Hygiene responsibilities:

• Established clean, sterile and welcoming environment for patients.
• Took medical and dental history and recorded vital signs of patients.
• Ensured that infection control procedures were followed at all times during treatments.
• Organized and choose appropriate instrumentation
• Examined gums manually and visually to determine periodontal disease and screen for oral cancer.

• Removed deposits from teeth by scaling and root planing with hand or ultrasonic instruments.

• Instructed patients on postoperative instructions regarding medications, diet, brushing, flossing and recommended oral care products.
