• Through my 8 years active-duty US Air Force and 10 years In construction I have demonstrated my ability to motivate mentor and manage a diverse organization, Through my service in the US Air Force I have been schooled in conflict management team building, and the ability to address issues from both a tactical, logistical and strategic perspective. In the Union commercial/Industrial Electrical trades, I have gained much experience in 14 years here at PNNL leading highly productive teams that execute critical missions, installations and maintenance fabrication activities in support of facilities operation. As a Supervisor I have been expected to have knowledge of Project Management, training, work control procedures, and safety and health policies and practices.

Design and build all communication closets. Including the ladder tray, equipment racks, low voltage pathways and all grounding and bonding.
Installation of networking infrastructure. Including Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber Optics, Cable Pathways, Terminations and Testing of all equipment.
